Im a high school student and I just cant sleep, its already 3:00 am here and I have to wake up at 5:00 am and be ready at 6:00 (my transportation to school is 40 mins - 1 hour) and my school time is 7:00 am-4:00/5:00 pm (depends on the schedule). How can I be energetic and not sleepy in school if I havent got much sleep?

or:wear yourself out before bedtime. workout, run anything to burn energy. working out is a very good habit


or:I have the same problem except I have to get up at 3 am and my bus arrives at 4 am so what I do is watch boring old movies have my mom tell one of her life stories and drink warm chocolate milk. try doing the same


or:Can't sleep? Go see your doctor or tell your parents. Either may giveyou some help.


or:drink coffee in the morning although its bad in the long term, but should work for a few days. Bring sweets to school to keep you awake in lessons.

or:I can totally relate to this! All you have to do is get your timing right. Like for example, I have to catch my bus at 8:00 and I mostly go to bed at midnight or 4 or less. So I basically work out a timetable in my head. When I wake up, I usually drink water because the water actually helps wake up your brain because it is sensing pure liquid. By doing that your eyes become more open and you aren't as sleepy as before. Wash your face to actually wake you up, I prefer cold water. You can drink coffee but it will only make you less sleepy for only an hour or something, so I prefer not to. Also, another piece of advice.... Take a quick 15 minute nap on the bus :) Hope this helps
