How do I tell my sister she cant watch my child?

my older sister has some problems and is very easily angered. she keeps asking to watch my infant son, i dont want her to be upset, but i dont like how she treats her own children (screaming and cussing) i dont want my son around that. she has had fist fights with her ex-husband, she lets her children (8 and 5) watch innappropriate movies, and her idea of parenting is sticking them in front of the tv. i feel like we are the opposite, im very anti-tv, my husband and i are happily married, we dont cuss in front of our son and we definitly dont physically fight. also, my son was born with rds and she smokes heavily

i dont want her to get angry, but there is no way i could trust her with my son.

or:What I would do is invite her over and lay down the rules tell her nicely and say if your going to watch my kid then i have a few rules for u and tell her those rules it might help? :()

or:just tell her to not worry, your husband mother is already coming to help
