So say I went to Tom and asked him to refer my business to Jessica. I end up working for Jessica for 2 hours. As a thank you to Tom ,I want to pay him 10% of what I earned that day.So in order to keep getting referrals from Tom,I reward him a 10% of however many hours I work each time.?What is this called in business?
