If you had light, just go to the stove and turn it on and boom you have started a fire.If the situation exists that it is pitch black and there really is no light (in which I have proven myself wrong) then you would have to feel the things around you and make your way to the stove, turn it on then you have created a fire. If mean to spread the fire then.. you could always turn on the lights to have a fire under daylight conditions.
