I'm tired and exhausted. I dont have energy or motivation to do anything except play video games. I'm 23 years old. I had long relationship but girl stab me in the back. cheated on me. I dont have a job curently. Here where I live standard is 10h and I live in small town so I have to travell at least 1 hour every day. So when I come home, only thing I can do is sleep and then tomorow again. I'm just too tired. Does anybody feel the same?

or:Look online for healthy minds it's a self referal place that helps people with depression anxiety etc they helped me out with my problems alot and have put me in touch with support groups and given me therapy to help me deal and over come my issues hope they can help you too.
