How long should it take before you meet your mates parents?

I have been in a relationship with this man for almost 3 years and never met his parents, but yet he says Im his soulmate and he cant live without me,

I have been in a relationship with this man for almost 3 years and never met his parents, but yet he says I'm his soulmate and he can't live without me, and hope to marry me someday, he goes to church on Sunday's he's there from 5 to 3:30 his family goes to the same church, I meet his kids, he has his own home he lives alone, he doesn't like to be alone so he's always at my house, And I haven't been to his church, I tried to give him time to introduce me but now I'm tired of waiting, and I called the relationship off.

or:Three years is a little strange. I thought maybe his parents lived thousands of miles away (but I'd still expect you'd have met them even in that case). There's obviously some reason why he's holding back. Did you raise it with him before ending the relationship?
