How much exercise would be too much for you?

I've gone from 15 to 20 minutes per day to almost an 60 minutes per day in just under two weeks. when I was younger I was active for no less than two hours per day and one hour on weekends.
I've been reading about so called exercise addiction. There is literally a disorder or addiction diagnosis for just about anything these days... Exercise Addict for example.

Why is everything a disorder or an addiction these days?

or:i think everybody should at least get 30 min. a day... i don't see anything wrong with that but i wouldn't do much more than an hour


or:Exercise is healthy, but when it comes to hitting the gym, is there such a thing as too much. When the amount of exercise exceeds the body's ability to recover, instead of getting faster and stronger.
