I will be working mon, tues, and fri (7:30-6pm), thurs (7:30-4pm). Three kids ages: 1, 3, and 5. It is also doing housework (dishes, laundry, vacumming, making dinner, floors, organizing...) pretty much everything needs to be done and keeping the house tidy. This is for an upper middle class family in PA. I am 22 in nursing school, have worked with children in school environment for 3 years, and I am CPR certified. The average in area for babysitters is $15-20. but this is not including the extra chores that will be done, or that I am cpr certified. They have asked me what I would like to be paid, and they said money was not an issue and they want me to feel like I'm being payed fair. But Idk I don't want to ask for too much and scare them, but I do want to ask for what is fair. I don't know if I should aim for $16? but then i think thats low, and think maybe I should ask for even more than $20 since I am doing alot more than just watching the kids. I am occupied throughout the whole time. but that is a big gap? As a student I really need to aim to get as much as I can for the situation and my experience :)So I need suggestions please

or:Have you looked into how much a housekeeping service charges per hour for same sort of service? Then look at adding a bit to average babysitter charges if houskeeping charges the same or more. Just my suggestion.
