i am a 22 year old 160cm tall and weigh about 73, i wnat to try duromine as my friend lost about 10kg in a few months, i have been eating healthy and exercising for the last year but nothing seems to be helping me, i was wondering if anyone else my weight has been on duromine and lost weight fast ? and what side effects did it have on you? im a bit of a sissy so im nervous to see whats going to happen to me with the side effects. i have read about it on the internet but i can only find information about it from poeple that are alot bigger then me. thanks

or:as long as your eating healthy and watching your calories and carbs cutting sugar out of your diet you should be fine read the labels on the product you eat make sure you read to see what calories and carbs mabe a couple of pounds a week
