Ok so you might be wondering why I would want to avoid getting tan. First of all, it's my choice, and I would prefer to stay pale and white. I am Filipino, so I tan really easily. I really like having pale pasty skin. I am on the water polo team and the swim team at my school, and I really enjoy it, but I want to maintain pale skin. Is there some way I can make this work?

This is a rough estimate depends on skin type, intensity of sunlight & amount of sunscreen used. For best protection, experts recommend using a minimum ( 2mg/cm2 on skin or about one ounce for full body coverage ) & reapplying every 2hours.SPF 15 blocks 93% of UVB raysSPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB raysSPF 50 blocks 98% of UVB raysi guess this answer was helpful to you. :)
