How to become very strong and agile?

or:For upper body strength you'll want to do push ups, Chin ups, and Bench Pressing. For strong legs, climbing stairs, lunges and hiking is a good start. Speed walking is better for you than running because it's easier on your joints. Getting shape for any martial arts takes dedication. Which is why many start at a young age. You also need to switch to a better diet. Fruits, Vegetables water, and lean meats. I'd suggest staying away from red meat and eating more white meats like skinless chicken. If you still want red meats then I'd suggest Venison or Bison.good snacks would be Seeds and nuts. They are good for protein and healthy fats. I also enjoy natural Quakers Oatmeal. You can add a little Dark brown Sugar and Blueberries.
