How to clear 'history' in iCloud on iPod?

On my ipod5, I go to settings, general, storage and iCloud usage, manage iCloud usage, and theirs a lot of apps that I dont want to show up on there.

On my ipod5, I go to settings, general, storage and iCloud usage, manage iCloud usage, and theirs a lot of apps that I dont want to show up on there. Is there a way to delete apps from the list?
