Recently, I've been having bad anxiety problems and I was hoping that someone could give me some insight and advice on how to get through this. I worry that it won't ever go away and what if I'm going insane. I get anxious that the things I found comfort in won't work anymore later. What if I've done all and am always bored and never satisfied again? What if my anxiety takes over or if I stop fighting it? Will it ever go away? I feel so scared and nauseous and exhausted. Please help.

or:The only way to stop anxiety and to cope with it is to understand the source of anxiety. What is anxiety? It is a product of the mind. It is a product of overthinking. The mind thinks up to 50 thoughts a minute. When the mind bombards us with negative thoughts, thoughts of fear, of worry, when it projects illusory dangers, then it makes us anxious. Anxiety is imagining a fear, a danger when there is none. It is not real. Therefore, we have to use our intellect, first, to slow down the mind through silence and second, to discriminate the thoughts, the anxious thoughts produced by the mind. If we use our intellect and we use our Divine Spirit to be silent, we will surely be able to overcome anxiety.
