There is a manager at work who always nitpicks and scolds me for mistakes right in front of customers, and it makes me hate going into work. it is just condescending and a little sarcastic, and i wouldnt mind as much if other people didnt always see it happening to me. there aren t alot of work options around here and i dont want to do anything to make it worse. how would you deal with them?
