These days I feel like I'm under tons of stress, and I don't know how to deal with any kind of stress.
My stress reasons:
1 My parents pressure me all day about my career, my college choice, my grades, etc.
2 All the girls at school hate me, obv
yeh, sounds a little pathetic, I know, but these stress is starting to get me depressed and I don't feel like I'm dealing so well w/ it ;(
so, if you guys can help me out, that would be great.

We imagine things going wrong, we create depression and anxiety, but we can control it by controlling our mind.
