How to get a cat fast!!!?

or:Just say to her: \"Mum, I know I have been asking this question for along time now but I really think I have the responsibility to own and take care of a cat. I have the money to buy one and would really appreciate it if you allowed me to adopt and take care of a cat.\"Just remember if she says \"no\" it's probably because she is not ready for a cat or she just doesn't want a cat at all. You could try working up to it before you ask her. Give it a week or two and be really nice to her, make her tea or breakfast every now and then. Help her out around the house by washing the dishes or folding the cloths. Then ask her. And just remember (you may already know this) having a cat takes great responsibility.
