The army keeps putting out that its downsizing thousands of soldiers and a lot of budget cuts. How can I be apart of the downsizing of the army? I have 3 years time in service ets in one year and did one year in afghanistan. Please let me know if u know how to early ets or be separated with an honorable discharge soon as I can.
