How to get queen moth out of room?

Basically for the past 48 hours Ive had a queen moth (google it if youre unsure) flying around, Ive hoovered the curtains, carpet, Ive hit everything

Basically for the past 48 hours I've had a queen moth (google it if you're unsure) flying around, I've hoovered the curtains, carpet, I've hit everything but I have severe anxiety and a huge phobia of moths making it impossible to be in my room, I've slept downstairs but I don't was to kill it in case a large colony of moths comes after me. It dissapears during the day I have no idea where but around 10:30-11:00 every single night it comes out and I just hear the loudest clapping of wings and it just scares me breathless I can't kill the moth as even being in the same room gives me panic attacks. HELP?? I don't want moth balls I just want it to leave my room unharmed

or:Just get a net and catch it. It's not going to bite you. (And people that say they have \"severe anxiety\" are just wusses that have nothing better to do but self-diagnose and make a bigger deal out of things than they should)
