How to get rid of black screen of death?
I may have accidentally installed something on my computer but then uninstalled it the same day a few days later laptop is working great I got to Netf
I may have accidentally installed something on my computer but then uninstalled it the same day a few days later laptop is working great I got to Netflix I click the search button and my computer freezes I restart my computer only to find that when I logged back on I got the black screen of death so they call it although I have attempted to try and solve it I'm not very technical and am lost I have a hp intel windows 8 laptop. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
