Can you give me some remedies using: Lemons, Sudocream, Strawberries, Honey or Toothpaste. I heard about them on websites but I am not sure? I use a scrub once a week and cream wash everyday. Should i use lotion too?

or:I'm not sure there's a surefire way to get rid of them. I heard about the toothpaste remedy too when I was at school. To be honest, it didn't work. Neither did any of the things in the shops. Eating a healthy diet helped but sometimes spots are inevitable.
