How to grow taller at age of 16 ?
i am 16 yrs old boy i am 47kg and 56 (169cm) my dad is 173cm 58 tall and mom is 51 tall so i am worried will i grow taller than my dad by 18yrs becaus
i am 16 yrs old boy i am 47kg and 5'6 (169cm) my dad is 173cm 5'8 tall and mom is 5'1 tall so i am worried will i grow taller than my dad by 18yrs because i haven't even develop my beard yet only little mustache and i have started doing hanging and yoga with 4 healty meals every day , with 7 hr sleep , my dad use to say he was 163cm till age 17 then he grew upto 173cm within one year ... all males are taller than me in my family , i dont even smoke :(

or:Generally boys grow taller than both parents and girls grow taller than their moms but not as tall as their dads, however it is all in your genes and I don't think there is a lot you can do to influence your height. I'm sure you will grow some more though, don't worry.
