How to make friends?

Like if someone doesnt have any friends or any of them in his doesnt speak with him what shall he may do. or:Like if someone doesn't have any friends

or:Well, personally i think that if he won't talk, then try to show him something he likes, and invite him to play/hang out with you! If you think someone could use a friend, be one! :)
