How to open/close audio files in batch?

Okay, third time asking this, this site hasn't been allowing to ask this question. So I am making a game using batch, and it's currently for download, I know how to open and close the audio files, but since it's for download and it's on other peoples computers, I can't use the same file location as mine. Is there some way I can just not use the file location and still open it?
