Guys, it really is painful and embarrassing to not know how to pronounce the r. The way I say is just make my tongue lay down. That's because i can't change my way, i can't crawl it back. Please please help.

There is a lesson on this topic with audio. It even tells you what to do with your mouth! You have no choice but to practice saying it.
