i have downloaded satellite image from google earth pro. but even after turning off labels in google earth, the downloaded image through mappuzzle com

i have downloaded satellite image from google earth pro. but even after turning off labels in google earth, the downloaded image through mappuzzle comes with all labels.
please help me with this.
