I often times find myself thinking and then getting scared about things that I can't explain, answer, or prove. It seems that I have some trouble with uncertainty, but I feel like there is a little more to it than that.

I have been dealing with generalized anxiety heightened by some things that I did that I wish I had not done. To make things short, I have been to some therapists, and I often times find myself being scared of the things that I cannot answer or explain to myself. It is as though my brain asks me some bizarre questions that I simply can't answer and treats it as danger.

or:Most technical questions can be answered through research. Some less technical questions can be answered through trial, error, and personal experience. Instead of being afraid to make mistakes, takes risks, take your licks, and get back on your feet. It's the only way. Some questions are unanswerable. Religion and philosophy around the world have pondered these questions for thousands of years. Don't expect yourself to have answers to questions like those. Take it easy on yourself.

or:The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. It is ok to admit you don't know something. It is a disgrace to pretend you know something when you don't.

or:I have the same,I ask myself questions and when i dont get the answer gets me a bit restless, sometimes upset and anxiety.People say anxiety is something getting scared of however i always have said i am not scared of anything, then i watch a spiritual video saying that its un accepted fear, so there is something i could be lieing to myself about that i am possibly scared of which i don't know.. I know i was scared of heights when younger but nothing else really.Research helps logical questions as another member said but the other is through trial and error and life experience which i know sounds hard believe me xO Ways of relaxing have a good impact and being in a more relaxed state can sometimes make you get the answers to questions :)
