or:Interesting question!All objects (given they have the same air resistance) will fall towards Earth at the same speed, so this would not be observed in nature,considering that IF one was to hit Earth at a higher speed, it would not surprise me that the crater would be deeper but it may also be smaller in circumference, if it was so fast it immediately gets pulverized, although that may not be correct.
