i have been suffering from lower back pricking both side of spinal cord for 2.5 years. i can not sit and walk more than 20 to 30 minutes. i tried for
i have been suffering from lower back pricking both side of spinal cord for 2.5 years. i can not sit and walk more than 20 to 30 minutes. i tried for many treatment. did mri ,x rays but nothing happened. i used to straighten exercise that i feel a few relax but did not get permanent solution. plss help me

or:i would call the dr or clinic that did the mri and push to have this taken care of its real important cad get a appointment scheduled your dr and ask them to do something about finding out what you can do next you sound like your in alot of pain something has to happen
