I accidentally deleted my star ware warfare account and I don't know how to get it back?

Ok so I downloaded the game on my new iPhone and I didn't mean to click upload a new account because it just popes out of no where when I was trying to play multiplayer and I clicked upload which started a new account

or:I believe you can just uninstall and re-install the app and log in again, correct?
