I always am healthy but I never fell like it does anything. What do I do?

I am skinny and i run about half a mile, 15 pushups, 25 crunches, 15 jumping jumping jacks in the morning, after school i have soccer practice and i do all my excersises after soccer practice and games too. I am 12 years old and I am pretty much the healthiest in of my friends. I JUST FEEL LIKE IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! People say it will work over time but it does not! I also TRY to eat healthy but it just NEVER works for me! Please help!

or:You could be over working yourself. You could be missing something from your diet. It could mean you are not eating enough. If you are exercising a lot you may not be eating enough. Eating more carbs when your extremely active is important. Being skinny doesn't mean you're healthy. If you're still experiencing problems speak to a doctor. They can take your blood to see if you're missing anything specific and pinpoint anything else.
