or:First off, congrats to you for wanting to start working early! My only concern is that most employers won't look at anyone that's under 16. Your first step is to talk to a guidance counselor at school and see what options they can't direct you toward. They're bound to be able to find something for you. Next, you'll need to work out transportation- if you find a job, how are you going to get there? Finally, you should ask - when you go for an interview - if the hours are flexible. You need to be able to juggle school and work without missing either.
