I am 34.my uterus and ovaries removed 18 months back when my baby was born. Is wt gain unavoidable?

or:you probably will have weight gain its hard to say how much weight gain but its very possible that it might be able to take the weight off to if you have healthy eating lots of excersise i think you could very much have control over it if you meet it head on you might be able to stay in control and not have to much problems with it did you just decide you wanted them out or what ?for some its a hard decision to make other timmes its for the better
