... friend who is about 230ibs and 5'10. While we were sleeping he moved his head on top of mine by accident, and when I woke up I had a terrible headache. That was 10PM and now it is 12PM of the next day and I still have a bad headache, especially looking at this screen. However, I was able to fall asleep when I got home no problem at around midnight. Is it possible I received a concussion from that?

or:I would guess that it is possible that your friend may have put enough pressure on your head to simply iritate your skull,as like a tight hat or crash helmet might do, and so given you a headache,but this is only an educated guess. glad your ok now.
