There has been a tricky situation at work and I have been calling her every few days for help. Today I was talking to her about it and she changed the topic and ended up saying bye before I was even finished. I don't even know how to take this or deal with it.

or:she is probably taking the situation out on you and doesn't want to deal with it what kinda counsellor are you can you tell me more about whats going on sometimes we get training that will help us use tools of the trade and this should help us deal with certain ordeals the boss might be wanting to see how you handle the situation this might be what she is trying to get things sorted out so you can be more perductive on the job its really hard to say what she is trying to get across to you instead of giving you advice she shuts you out do you have a union that you can talk to or someone higher in the ranks that would help you
