I am a waitress making $9.50 per hour in Missouri. My employer doesn't allow me to keep/share tips.?

... My employer and one other employee share the tips. I also watch the restaurant for at least two hours a day as the only sever to give other workers breaks and I'm not allowed to keep those tips either. I was just curious if this was legal since he does pay me above minimum wage?

or:any employer basically can do what they want when it comes to tips or gratuities thing is the person that gets the tips should be the one their given to it isn't right to have someone else share in that when they weren't for the employer and the other person the employer is sharing them with who is this other person why do they get the tips you could call labor and industries on that and also the company if its a chain of restaurants and let them know whats going on not nice the the employer does this and shares them with this other person you could change this stipulation
