He's had several fines for an example $500 for having an ashtray on his outside porch claiming he was smoking on the property. All money is paid goes to these fines first. Well it has now reached a time where he has been served an eviction summons. He has 3 days to responnd to land l att. Should he demand this to filed with the court?
