or:In clear terms Freelancing is a home based job. You are doing work & they are paying you for it. In freelancing the thing is that you are working on your own terms. There's is no bossy kind of things. If you are really happy with the freelancing & getting a job satisfaction then I think there's no need to go for a job. I have also seen in my friend's group that people are earning more in freelancing then in a regular job. Its all up to you how efficiently you manage your work.

or:If you happy then why you should change something. Only if you want to try working in the team you can do this. In any case you can return to freelancing in any time.
