I am sleepy always. Is 14 hours sleep because of malnutrition?
I cannot do any work. Sometimes I feel sleepy after taking bath. Sometimes while walking in the road under the sun. My height is 173 cm and weight 69
I cannot do any work. Sometimes I feel sleepy after taking bath. Sometimes while walking in the road under the sun. My height is 173 cm and weight 69 kg. I have tested it and i can walk 5 hours continuously without any break at 4.5 km/hr speed. I take Bengali food and I do not drink, smoke. I take tea 4 - 5 cups - does not work. Sometimes I feel unable to concentrate any subject except youtube. Sleep and concentration disorder does not know any clock. Any time I try to sleep I fall asleep. PLEASE HELP! Any IDEA? Tea Coffee does not work.

or:it might be that your not sleeping this is causing your effects of not sleeping if you go to bed thinking your mind messes up things not sleeping can cause alot of other medical problems on top of the ones you have already you might try melintonin it does work
or:Its just typical teenage laziness probably.
