or:It depends on how many other people they are considering for the position. & be persistent. I work at McDonald's and I see the same people come in and ask about their application and when they will find out multiple times, and our manager eventually gives them a chance at the job. If they don't call you back in about a week, either call them or go there and talk to the manager. Ask them if they are still considering your application. A lot of times, if you didn't get the job, they just won't call. So make sure you call and show that you haven't forgotten about them!
