I am not sure if rsd qualifies as a SSD but in order to receive SSD you have to have work credits and apply. if you haven't been working since 2012 then you wouldnt have enough credits to get SSD. if you have been working this entire time and SSD is a qualifying disability then you need to go to the social security office and see if you can file.
