I am trying out horses. They are barrel horses, but on the most recent one I rode we unintentionally took a racing lap around the arena. I can't seem to relax so when he speeds up I can get him to slow down without tensing up and pulling in his face... Please let me know some methods on how I can make myself relax in the saddle !!
