I can't update my PC, a little help here?

So, I didnt update to Windows 10, so Ill still have Windows 8.1.Now, I was going to download some security updates, but then it just said "Windows 10:

I have no idea on how to get my PC in shape now.

Any way to fix/bypass the 'Downloading setup files' problem?
