I don't know what's wrong with my facebook's notifications they're driving me crazy?

when I sign in . it appears that i have up to 99 notifications , in 1 second . the number disappears . and i have 0 notifications .. and i can't even see my older notifications .. nothing .. just notifications from apps .. no likes . no comments .. just nothing ..and i know for a fact that it's not happening with me only .. it's a bug .. an issue that facebook is doing absolutely nothing about it . it's been weeks and no solution for no one . any help please ??
