I don't understand what my Language Arts teacher is asking?

I have homework thats due in two hours, so Im not even one-hundred percent positive that Ill even get a reply, but I dont understand my teachers quest

I have homework that's due in two hours, so I'm not even one-hundred percent positive that I'll even get a reply, but I don't understand my teachers question. She asked, "What habits or obstacles kept you from seeking intervention or challenge during this unit?"
I don't know the definition of intervention, and yes, I searched it, but I still don't get it. When she put 'intervention or challenge,' did she mean that challenge is a synonym for intervention for those who don't know what intervention means? Please help, I asked my sister and she told me what she thought it meant, but when I told her what I thought it meant, she just said she didn't know.
Thanks in advance for anyone who helps with a reply.

or:What habits or obstacles kept you from seeking intervention or challenge during this unit?So you have to pick either intervention or challenge and discuss what habits or obstacles kept you from which ever one you choseI honestly hate questions like these, but I've seen enough of them to have an understanding of what their askingIt should be worded like this:What habits or obstacles kept you from seeking either intervention or challenge during this unit?Does this help?? If you need further help, or don't understand, feel free to contact me with a direct question and I'll be more than happy to help you! (trust me, sometimes my explanations just make people more confused)

or:Intervention is the course of action you take to prevent something from happening- such as a medicalcondition from occuring or people fighting etc. So if for example you see two people getting angry and a fight is about to take place you will try to intervene to prevent the people from fighting. Your intervention might be talking to them, yelling, breaking them apart etc. a challenge is a kind of hurdle or difficulty along the way that you have to overcome to reach a goal. Your challenge is to figure out what your teacher means with thd sentence she gave to you and then write something down! :-) Good luck.

or:Why didn't you ask the teacher, text the teacher, email the teacher or ask someone else in class?

or:Ask the teacher what that is supposed to mean. That is the teacher's job.
