I fell in love with a unhappily married coworker who asked me to marry him on numerous occasions?

It was a very intense 3 month relationship, and now it's confusing as hell because I don't know how to bring up if he's still in love with me or just wait it out till he brings it up?? he's only stayed in the marriage for his son and i've seen him with the wife there is absolutley NO chemistry... Should I just ask him straight up are we going to continue or wait around and wonder? since we work together can't really bring it up there. And he's acting like he's still confused, he went to rehab for unknown reason.. he was drinking but not at a problem usage. I have a feeling he wants me but is afraid to crush his son's heart by leaving his mom and is utterly confused on what to do.

or:Based on what you are saying I don't believe he knows what he wants and I am not sure that you would get a straight answer anyway. Don't wait around - focus on yourself and if it was meant to be it will. Give him space and in the meantime enjoy yourself!
