I gave Hartz ultra guard plus on a 7 week old cat. what should I do?

I didn't know you weren't supposed to give kittens under 12 weeks flea spray or medicine. I do not know the solid age of my kitten because I got her from someone else who did not know her age exactly. The previous owner said 6-8 weeks, and I've had her for a week. Please leave some advice other than visit the vet. We plan on taking her, but if there are any other things I could do or be aware of that would be nice.
