( I actually wanted to sing ) so we went up front and sang but my voice was shaking and I was so scared. I know I just got stage fright but after we went home I tried to sing alone in my room but I couldn't sing properly, I can talk normally . I don't know what to do I love singing but I can't, my voice just shrinks and shake .
What should I do ?

or:You don't say how old you are. I guess early teens. American teens are very often deficient in magnesium and occasionally in other nutrients. If you have ever wet the bed that is a sure sign. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice. Study some books about nutrition so you know things like this. Otherwise, you just need more practice. Stage fright is cured by experience.

or:Good for you for getting up in front of people to sing! It is so important to face our fears :) I suggest you consult with a vocal coach/teacher, even a one time thing depending on your budget. Let us know if your singing voice is back yet! If it turns out it was just stage fright and nerves that caused your voice to behave that way, ask the coach to teach you some deep diaphragmatic breathing for calmness and healthy singing. Also some simple exercises to get your voice slowly warmed up. Drink plenty of water. And don't give up, get back on the stage! Good luck, let us know! Here is my site where you can hear why I love to sing too and it has taken lots of coaching and getting up in front of people even when I was scared to get to this point, but it is worth it! www.IngridMapsonMusic.com or www.IngridMapson.com :)

or:You could take lessons, just train your voice
