they havent sent me the court day yet im still waiting for it i have 10 months with my permit im currently in process of getting my license will the judge drop charges if i go in with my license in hand ? im a little curious at the same time nervous so has anyone passed through this same situation please comment below.

or:Not sure what country you are in, but if you did not have a license, in the UK you may receive points and a ban of up-to 2 years. This means that even if you attempted to obtain a licenses, having never had one before, you would not receive one.A ban is a ban regardless of your current driving status.
