or:Be honest with yourself (you need not answer here). Were you really injured or are you just trying to get money? MANY people see dollar signs when they have an incident like this. It may not seem like it to you but when people sue and/or get money for incidents like this when they were not injured it hurts the system for everybody. Only you can hold yourself accountable for your own integrity. I promise you, if you are honest it will come back to you in some other way. Everyone seems to want to get something for nothing today. Remember, even if it's free, it may not be worth it.PS: If you really are injured and you had medical or other legitimate expenses and they were negligent, then you should indeed, look for reimbursement. Just don't look to get rich. Accidents and bad stuff happen all the time and not always is someone's fault that ought to pay.
