or:The radiator is clogged with minerals from hard water. If you insert a thermometer probe in the center you will find that it is cool even when the engine is hot. You will notice the weight as soon as you try to lift it out of the car. Replace the radiator and only use distilled water in the new one. Search Ebay for a dealer that you can contact directly (assuming you don't deal on Ebay). You will save more than half on the price that way.
